Who we are

Hello! We are PARVA EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria. Our registered office and business address is ul. Maystor Aleksi Rilets 8, ent. A, apt. 7, Sofia, Bulgaria. UIC (EIK): 208813545.

We run this website, and we are the data controller for the personal data you send through our booking form. Our managing director, Slav Valeriev Parvanov, represents the company.

Got a question or a request about your data? Write to us at valerievslav@gmail.com.

What we collect

Here is what you share with us through the booking form:

Like most websites, our server also keeps technical logs, such as IP address, page requested and browser, to run the site and keep it secure, based on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep these logs for up to 30 days.

Why we use it

Nice and simple: we use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, arrange the discovery call and, if you ask for one, prepare a business proposal.

The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We need your name, email address, message, preferred day and preferred time to respond to your enquiry. Your company name, phone number and topics are optional.

We do not use what you send through the form for unsolicited marketing. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for profiling.

Who processes it for us

PARVA EOOD handles your information, with help from a few service providers. They may access it only as far as they need to provide their services:

These providers process personal data under the applicable contractual and data protection arrangements.

Where a provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure that an appropriate transfer mechanism and safeguards are in place, in accordance with Chapter V GDPR.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to a business relationship, we delete it within 12 months of receiving it, unless we need to keep it longer to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or to comply with a legal obligation.

If it does lead to a business relationship, we may keep relevant correspondence and documents for the periods required by applicable Bulgarian accounting, tax and other statutory obligations.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).

To use any of these rights, email us at valerievslav@gmail.com.

We will respond within one month of receiving your request. Where GDPR permits, we may extend this by up to two more months, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. If we do, we will tell you within the first month.

Automated decision-making

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
